From January 19 to 20, Panda Electronics held the third meeting of the sixth workers' Congress and commendation meeting, which comprehensively summarized the achievements of operation and Party Construction in 2021, objectively analyzed the situation and tasks faced, and comprehensively deployed the main tasks in 2022. The meeting called on all cadres and employees of the company to keep in mind their responsibilities and missions, adapt to the new situation, meet new challenges, seize new opportunities, make new and greater contributions to the realization of the company's 14th Five-Year Plan goals, and welcome the 20th Congress of Communist Party of China with excellent achievements.
At the meeting on the morning of the 19th, the general manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party committee of Panda Electronics Mr. Xia Dechuan first made a work report entitled "Concentrate, Pragmatic, Innovate, and continue to promote the high-quality new development of Panda Electronics during the 14th Five-Year Plan".
The report pointed out that Panda Electronics, under the correct leadership of the company's party committee and board of directors, thoroughly studied and implemented Xi Jinping’s Thought of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era and the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the 19th previous plenary sessions of the party, deepen the "two implementations", and closely adheres to the theme of high-quality development, gives full play to the platform function of listed companies, implements the two drive of "industry + capital", pays close attention to the optimization of industrial structure, the improvement of scientific research ability, comprehensive lean management, talent team construction and other key work, and speeds up the systematic innovation of scientific and technological R&D, business model, incentive model and talent training model. The company achieved a good start of the 14th Five-Year Plan with high-quality development.
In 2021, all units and staff of the company were united and work hard to overcome the adverse factors such as COVID-19, global supply chain tension, rising raw material prices and limiting power supply, and basically completed the annual assessment targets.
The report proposes that the general idea for the operation of Panda Electronics in 2022 is to follow the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, fully implement the spirit of 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the 19th previous plenary sessions of the party and the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and implement the spirit of the Central Economic Work Conference and the decision-making and deployment of the CEC Party Group, deepen the "two consistency", adhere to the general work principle of seeking progress while maintaining stability, comprehensively deepen reform and innovation, accelerate digital transformation, strictly and practically do a good job in risk prevention, make state-owned capital better and stronger, and achieve a stable improvement in the quality and quantity. The first is to adhere to green development and systematically carry out industrial structure adjustment; the second is to persist in deepening reforms to stimulate the vitality of high-quality development of enterprises; the third is to adhere to key advancements and focus on building the Panda Digital Industry Research Institute; the fourth is to adhere to the innovation drive and consolidate the core position of "four innovations"; the fifth is to adhere to lean management and accelerate the realization of new improvement in quality and efficiency; the sixth is to adhere to the extension path and give full play to the platform advantages of listed company; the seventh is to adhere to risk prevention and strictly abide by the bottom line of various risks; the eighth is to adhere to the brand strategy and focus on shaping company culture; the ninth is to adhere to the party building and give full play to the leading role of party building.
At the meeting, the Secretary of the Party committee and chairman of the trade union Mr. Yi Guofu made a work report entitled "Insist on laying a solid foundation, move forward with determination and perseverance, and make unremitting efforts to promote the company's deepening reform, innovation and development".
The report points out that in 2021, under the correct leadership of superior party organizations, Panda Electronics will deeply study the spirit of 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the 19th previous plenary sessions of the party, solidly promote the study and education of party history, adhere to "development as the first priority", give full play to the role of the Party committee in "taking direction, managing the overall situation and promoting implementation", take innovation and promotion as the work theme, carry out work around enterprise reform and operation, promote the implementation and effectiveness of various key work of Party building, and guide and ensure the high-quality development of enterprises with high-quality party building.
The report puts forward seven aspects of Party building in 2022. First, unswervingly strengthen theoretical learning; Second, unswervingly focus on the central work; Third, unswervingly promote reform and innovation; Fourth, unswervingly strengthen the construction of cadres and talent team; Fifth, unswervingly give play to the leading role of grass-roots organizations; Sixth, unswervingly build an advanced corporate culture; Seventh, unswervingly and strictly administer the party in an all-round way and strengthen the construction of Party style and clean management.
The vice chairman of the trade union of Panda Electronics Mr. Zhou Yuxin made a report on the performance of collective contracts in 2021 and the negotiation of collective contracts on wages in 2022 at the meeting.
On the afternoon of the Jan. 19th, the group meeting of all delegations of the company was held in each branch venue. The representatives carefully discussed the work report made by the company's leaders and the resolution of the general assembly, and discussed and considered the collective wage contract in 2022 and relevant management documents of the company. Xia Dechuan, Yi Guofu and other leaders of the company went to each branch venue to discuss with employee representatives, answer doubts and listen to opinions and suggestions. At the plenary meeting of the workers' Congress, the collective agreement on wages in 2022 and the resolution of the general assembly were unanimously adopted. Xia Dechuan, the chief representative of the operator, and Yi Guofu, the chief representative of the employee, signed the collective wage contract for 2022. At the meeting, the employee representatives also made democratic comments on the company's leading group and its members, and voted on two company management documents. On the morning of the Jan. 20th, the leaders of the company listened to the reports, discussions and deliberations of various delegations.
The meeting also commended the advanced collectives and individuals in 2021.
